I sleep like a baby. I haven't remembered a dream in, well, years. Still my lovers tell me I have a, um, lively nightlife. So some cogitation/agitation must take place ;)
I find that, when left alone and not overly tired, I will sleep almost exactly 8 hours. And really, I try and stay as close to 8 as possible. Sleep is fantastic. Often I will wake up and slowly all these new 'takes' on previous thoughts will seep into my waking mind.

I sleep too well. I'm one of those people that can easily sleep 12 hours at a time and feel great. I never get less than 8 hours a night (I feel pretty cranky if I do get less.)
