im only 120 pounds and a guy, how can i gain a quick large amount of pounds like 10? I'm not sure what I can do

Do a lot of weight lifting as allready mentioned- Muscle ways more then fat- Eat lots of correct food- Ask a specialist-

you could go to cvs and ask a pharmacist to help you out. they acually have powders so you can make your own milkshakes. My mother use to do that and she gain 20 lbs in 2 to 3 weeks.

just joking man , but just eat large quantities or junk including donuts and cake and just type every day on your computer for hours on end. you'll pack the pounds on seriously.......or if its muscle.. pack the protein in and exercise with weights ( depends on your age) Your metabolism is probably working on a higher level.. see your md.

eat lots of carbs like bread and pasta
but dont eat too much
and try to keep a regular exercising routine

jeez...im a girl with the same problem...when u get an answer....tell me! ive heard to take like pills that bring your apetite out! go to gnc or something and ask.

i tried eating junk food and being all lazy and suff but i gained noooo weight, pretty weird. TRY WEIGHT LIFTING!

try weight lifting, dont try to gain fat. Remeber muscle weighs more than fat

eat alot alot alot of fast foods, candy.. basically sugar and greasey foods..lots of salt.and cheese to. get cheese on whatever u want. dont exercise.
