Yes, except cancer drugs, which have to be prescribed by an oncologist.

Yes they can. Once they have been given their license they can prescribe any medication. You will find however, that a primary care doc is likely to refer you to a specialist for treatment of conditions that would benefit from someone with special expertise in that area.

Yes, they can prescribe any medicine needed but may refer you for folowup with a dermatologist, psychiatrist, or other specialist as needed. The primary care phycisian is the route to the specialists in many health care plans.

yes technically they can. but they probably wouldn't want to start prescribing very specialized medications that are clearly out of their usual scope of practice, like some heavy duty chemotherapeutic agents- highly specialized medications are best left to the specialists that are used to prescribing them.

Well I would not like my GP to prescribe or administer cytotoxics to me. So in theory yes it is possible in practice it is more restrictive.
