There are many brands of ready made gravy in jars in the grocery stores now. You can divide this into individual containers or simply spoon some of it into small freezer bags, crush air out, crimp shut and freeze. When you want a single serving of gravy, remove a packet and microwave it.
Or make homemade gravy and divide and freeze the same way for later use.

Brown diced onions in a little butter or oil. Sprinkle with flour and blend with whisk and simmer about 1 minute. Mix a little beef boullion with water and whisk that in; bring to boil and then simmer for another minute. Why use a mix with preservatives? This is delicious. To make chicken gravy just use chicken boullion. (You can also use canned beef or chicken broth -- as much or as little as you need and save the rest of the broth divided among freezer ice cube trays for future use.)
