If you have the time, definitely Flamenco beach in the little island of Culebra... Absolutely gorgeous! And beaches in Vieques (Sun Bay, Red Beach) are great as well.

It depends what are You looking for. I like Guilligan Island in Guanica...Isla Ballena in Guanica...
Flamenco Beach in Culebra...if You want to see beautiful people and have Fun..Luquillo , Isla Verde...or Palominillo in Fajardo...

The best beach in PR is Flamenco beach in Culebra (sister island on the east coast). It is the 2nd best beach in US and the 4th in the world.
