I'm 24 hes 23 together for 3yrs,he moved out i took him back,how do i trust him?

after 3years of dating and2yrs of living together he moves out while i am at work a month later he comes back but we dont live together and i cant seem to trust what he tells me anymore eventhough i really want this to work, he started doing things that he has never done is this a 1\4life crisses or should i be worried ?

If he suddenly moved out, and it wasn't in connection with a big fight, that's a bad sign.
