i just got pregnant in january, and i lost my baby last week, i was on prenatal vitamins and my hair grew about 2 inches, and my nails were really long... im still taking prenatal vitamins, and who ever said you shouldnt be taking them if youre not pregnant is retarded, because if i would have started taking them before i got pregnant my baby would have probably had a better chance at life, it didnt develop right because of lack of vitamins in my body, and it is perfectly safe to take them if you arent pregnant. it helps you be healthy for when you do decide to get pregnant. my doctor said i can still take them because i told her about my hair and nails growing, and she said that since i had a d&c after my miscarriage, that i had to wait a month for sex, and 3 months to try to get pregnant again but she recommended i stay on them even if we dont try again right away... they have them at walmart, but i dont know if theyre as good as the kind my doctor gave me, because the ones at walmart dont have omega 3 fish oil in them and that helps your brain develop... but it wont harm you.

I believe that the prenatal vitamins are so full of rich nutrients and thus causes a women's hair to grow. I would not suggest taking these vitamins if you're not pregnant. Pregnant women need the extra vitamins because carrying a baby requires extra vitamins and nutrients. You could end up with too much of a good thing and could cause serious complications later on. Consult with your physian about this. There are other alternatives to having great looking hair until yours grow out. Look at the stars. They're all wearing the lace front wig, for example, Tara Banks, Paris Hilton, Janet Jackson and many more.

Yes, prenatal vitamins make your hair and nails grow faster. They are available at Walmart without a prescription, for about $10 a bottle, in the pharmacy section.

Prenatal Vitamins make my skin fell softer and my nails grow nicely. It also makes my hair feel softer.
I am not pregnant, but my doctor said that Prenatal vitamins are good for people who are anemic because of the iron content.

Yes, prenatal vitamins do promote healthy hair growth. Healthy diet, exercise, scalp massage will also aid in this.
Anyone can take prenatal vitamins, you can get them in generic form at any pharmacy. Also consider Folic Acid and Vitamin E supplements...

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMM4n Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

that is so funny that you asked that because my mom was talking to a day care parent who just had a baby. mom was talking about growing her hair out and the parent said to take prenatal vitamins and that there are some you can get over the counter. try Walgreen's, cvs or walmart.
