I kinda feel like a hypocrite by saying this cause I'm in the same position but you need to tell her.

you know what works? i was in this situation and what i did was i started being very mature with my mom and in a good way i got on her good side...you know that whole boding crap lol then i maturely told her about my bf and me and she didnt exactly explode or nething. also i planned out reasons to support my man and she eventually took it...shes even grown to like him!

but what? how old are you? who is HE? is this someone you are afraid of? someone threatening you? or someone you think you are in love with?
you need to tell us me sweetie.......and you should never be afraid to tell your mom anything.
