There's the Council for Secular Humanism (http://www.secularhumanism.org/) founded by Paul Kurtz. Then there's the American Humanist Association (http://www.americanhumanist.org/index.html). Both of these are decent resources. Another resource is the Secular Library (www.infidels.org). They have a lot of papers on the subject here: http://www.infidels.org/library/modern/nontheism/secularhumanism/
