My advice is to get some education while you are incarcerated. I can hardly read that giant run on sentence.

Now this is from your own statement to us. 1)drunk. 2) went on the roof of a business to 3) see if the cops were gone and 4) turned off the power so 5) the cops copuldn't see me, and then 6) tampered with roof equipment.
If I were sitting on your jury what do you think I would believe you were up to? (Kinda sounds like burglary, doesn't it?)
When you get on the stand, you will probably be asked to explain 1-6 above. You better have some damned good answers. Wake up son.

You are guilty of attempted burglary and probably a few other things to - being drunk and hiding from police an all.

Accept responsibility for what you have done, take your punishment. When this is over, may I suggest you go back to school and finish your education and start to clean up your act.

Unfortunately, based on your language skills, unless you straighten up, you will more that likely end up in prison. A person with no education and no language skills will never get a decent job, decent family or anything else.

Use this time in your life to rethink your goals. You are only 20. You have a really great opportunity to make something of yourself.

So let me break this down. You were driving in your car and you were drunk. You got pulled over by the police. THe police tell you to walk home because youre too drunk to drive. Instead, you crawl on top of a building to "see if the cops were gone"? While you were up there you decided to unhook the electricity, so they wouldn't see you?? Hahah Despite what the television likes to portray not all police are stupid. However, you're an idiot. Keep up with that story and you will be telling it to your cell mate.

I think that you are being charged for the wrong thing, personally. Maybe DUI or evading an officer, or misconduct or something. **Why the heck did you climb on the roof?**Anyway, I don't think anyone should think you were attempting to rob a store when you were pulled over and drunk because you turned off the power. That's not too logical.

this does not sound right to me....if you have never been in trouble before how on earth would you KNOW how to switch off the power on a roof top?????

Either way they surely have you for trespass and tampering with some one else property both of which you have admitted to.

Oh and of course drunk driving.....so yeah plead innocent to the one thing they are doing you for but I sure as heck would have you on the other 3 things anyways.

Regards

Sounds like you have spent more time coming up with excuses than you have planning an actual legal defense. Grow up and admit the fact that you did something wrong. Take your punishment like a man and move on with your life.

Yes, I think you got screwed. Not by the cops, but by the educational system.

It's normal for a prosecuter to charge you with a bigger crime. Then they have bargaining room to get you reduced to a lesser crime. Plus they will use it as a tool to get you to snitch on your friends/cohorts.
