Well, if you are Christian (which I assume you are) and a Buddhist says "Buddha will look upon you" or a Muslim said "Allah be with you" or a Satanist says "Satan will look out for you" or a Hindu said "May Vishnu be with you" or ..... etc etc .... you get the point, what will be your answer?
Rude or not will depends if the person who sad "no thank you" said it in bad faith. The atheist might not like it just like you may not like other people to impose their religion on you knowing you are a Christian (and you know he/she being a atheist).
Logically, atheist do not believe anyone other then their parents can bless them, it might be taken in a bad faith just like if I tell a Christian "(I) bless you". Knowing I am not a Christian, he or she might feel :
a. You are trying to be God, that is rude
b. What do you mean you bless me, who are you to bless me, only god can bless me.
c. Are you practising some sort of wizardry?
(To hot momma, pardon me if you got it the wrong way. I am not saying it is ok to be rude. I am just saying it is best to see the other side of the story before you had judged that it is rude. There are many side to a story, a bias view might not be an accurate one.
Personally, when a Christian who does not know me tells me "God bless you" I would most probably say "and he be with you". Just being courteous. )

Well, see athiest think it is okay to be rude. They get on here and rudely attack our believes all day. I don't have anger towards people who believe differently than I do. However, most the 'athiest' on here have so much anger towards Christians. Fear seems to invoke anger...

Well, a plain ole "bless you" doesn't mean anything close to being religious, so it'd be rude to respond with no thank you. But if you said "may God bless you", then you open it up for opinion and theirs is just as viable.

you had this dream on the grounds which you're an intercessor for others this attack isn't "sturdy" yet shows that the enemy is well-known with of how you rob him of his prize. you be attentive to greater effective who the enemy replace into after (the pal or the mummy or in keeping with risk somebody else on your life you're praying for) it rather is God who can provide you this dream to learn from and inspire and prepare how the enemy operates and is rather defeated and the cost of prayer peace did no longer ask a question yet i presumed i might answer in any case

I don't know why I would. They are just trying to chase away the evil spirits. They probably don't really believe that either.

yeah it is because they are just expressing kindness to you because if you aren't a christian and they say that, you are the one that needs the encouragement the most.
