Hi, are you looking for organized groups?
This is one of the best tour operators I can recommend:
REGINA TOURS
7 Hartom St. PO Box 45093
Jerusalem 91450
Tel: 00972 2 5869677
www.reginatours.com
And this is the contact of an excellent guide working Israel with small groups. For example, if you are 2, 3 or 4 persons you could contact him and he would organize a trip for you. It´s up to you what you want to visit and where you want to spend more time. This is called an individual trip. I have been with this guide this year in Israel and I just can say, that he´s excellent!! His name is Menachem Krzywanowski, e-mail menno02@myrealbox.com and menno02@hotmail.com
Tel: 00972 3 6421399
A visit to Jerusalem is a must, being Jew or not.
Also visit the Dead Sea and Eilat.
Nazareth
Jaffa
Haifa
Golan
Don´t miss tel Aviv (it´s a fantastic city with a very intensive night life)
Whatever your choice will be - enjoy yourself and have fun.

Hi I would say google for websites and I would contact the local Jewish federation organization in your area, they maybe able to point you in the right direction and you don't have to be Jewish for them to help you.

If you go you must:

Climb Masada at sunrise, its well worth getting up at 4am
Float in the Dead Sea
Jeep rides through the Golan Heights
Visits Ben houda St( my spelling is off) but it is well worth it.
A Lot- it's a resort town very party like
Yad Vishim is very cool

The List goes on

I hope that helped
