Educate the masses? Shades of Lenin. I'm not much of a fan of the attempted "re-education" of a people by a self appointed elite.
You are not going to like this answer, so I don't expect to get best answer on this one, but questions like that are exactly why the history of the left over the last century is so incredibly bloody. You think Hitler was responsible for mass death by his failed attempt to remold german society and european demographics? Try on Stalin, Pol Pot, and Mao for size. Hitler was an amateur by comparason.
People are what they are. Period. Sometimes they are exactly what you say and sometimes they are altruisitc, self sacrificing, philanthropic, and generous. However, one thing should have been made clear to us by the events of the 20th century. Human nature is what it is, and no matter how much you attempt "re-education", coercion, or groupthink, human nature is not subject to radical change. Far better to deal with what is than to attempt yet another bloody foray into the realm of Orwell, sez I.

Not all humans. Okay, all humans. Um, I just watched this video on YouTube where they asked random Americans simple questions, like what's the religion of Israel and half of them answered "Muslim." Then they asked if they could name a country that starts with the letter "U". They couldn't. Oh, one fairly smart looking person said Yugoslavia.
(Here's the link, by the way. Watch this and let me know if there is any hope in educating the masses):

You got your work cut out for you, that's all I can say.

in no way. Matt 19: 23 Then Jesus pronounced to his disciples, “I enable you realize the actuality, that's difficult for a prosperous guy to circulate into the dominion of heaven. 24 lower back I enable you realize, that's much less complicated for a camel to circulate throughout the attention of a needle than for a prosperous guy to circulate into the dominion of God.” the wealthy are much less possibly to incorporate Jesus' teachings. Christianity is approximately self-discipline. Christians police themselves fairly than consistent with government or on peer rigidity, that's many times damaging to morality. Cheers, Bruce

we have to train people from the moment they are born. send them to camps for the first 15 years of their lives. teach them to behave and follow orders without question. Then people serve 20 years in the military. After that they can do whatever they want under big brother. then if people do something bad we enslave them until they conform or die.

Educate them about what? Since you didn't specify, I'll have to go with Schoolhouse Rock, since I'd have never learned the Preamble of the Constitution without it. ;-)
