Agnostic means that one does not believe he or she has enough information to decide whether there is ANY god. While it's possible to believe that the Roman Gods, or some other pantheon is false, being undecided as to whether a god exists, it is unlikely that one would have decided on a nature of a god that you don't yet know exists at all.
What I mean by that, is that it is unlikely to be of the position where you aren't sure that any god exists, but to believe that if it does, it must necessarily be of the Christian description. If you are undecided, it would make sense to look in a number of places and come to some decision as to WHO a god might be in the first place.
As far as pantheism, this does not preclude personality. Pantheism states that there is only one being, and ascribe to that being divinity. We are all part of the divine. We have personality, and represent divinity to each other. If we are the face of the divine, we are the personality of the divine as well.
Still, I'm more of a polytheist than a pantheist.

Agnosticism (from the Greek a, meaning "without" and gnosis, "knowledge", translating to unknowable) is the philosophical view that the truth value of certain claims—particularly theological claims regarding metaphysics, afterlife or the existence of God, god(s), or deities—is unknown or (possibly) inherently unknowable.
Agnostics claim either that it is not possible to have absolute or certain knowledge or, alternatively, that while certainty may be possible, they personally have no knowledge. Agnosticism in both cases involves some form of skepticism.
Demographic research services[1] normally list agnostics alongside categories such as atheist and non-religious, although this is misleading, since religious people can be agnostic (indicating a lack of absolute certainty, therefore treating their religion as a faith).
Deism is a religious philosophy and movement that became prominent in England, France, and the United States in the 17th and 18th centuries. Deists typically reject supernatural events (prophecy, miracles) and divine revelation prominent in organized religion, along with holy books and revealed religions that assert the existence of such things. Instead, deists hold that religious beliefs must be founded on human reason and observed features of the natural world, and that these sources reveal the existence of one God or supreme being.
Pantheism (Greek: πάν ( 'pan' ) = all and θεός ( 'theos' ) = God) literally means "God is All" and "All is God". It is the view that everything is of an all-encompassing immanent God; or that the universe, or nature, and God are equivalent. More detailed definitions tend to emphasize the idea that natural law, existence, and the universe (the sum total of all that is, was, and shall be) is represented or personified in the theological principle of 'God'.

That has been my experience. I have never really met a complete agnostic that didn't think Christianity was bunk, but I am sure there are a few.
The point is they think the universe because of its design implies a creator. This is where Intelligent Design rationally leads. Not to a personal God. And I agree that it really wouldn't matter.
