A person once told me that God doesn't create evil or even miracles, but rather the Devil creates both evil and miracles. Could the Devil have created the universe?

what if the devil is in chains, and God leads u to sin. Its in the lords prayer(leading part anyway). Pray to God to get u to sin no more, for if he can lead u to sin, he can lead u away from it.
