Odor in urine
Odor in vagina
Swelling between vagina opening and anus
No pain in abdomen
No burning during urination
No pain during sex

I visited California in 03, and I wore my swim suit the WHOLE time I was there. I was at the beach, or at a pool. When I got back, I had something similar, but never checked for swelling. The smell was repulsive. It ended up being some sort of bacterial infection and my doc gave me some antibiotics. Unfortunatly, you can ONLY get rid of it with anti biotics. Good luck

I mean, tell your friend to go to the doctor.
