you aren't going to find that at least that is any good at all
for an hour long video continuous you need a video cam
cheap digicams have video limits of like 30 seconds or two minutes or something and take lotsa memory

The Kodak 653 is not bad for $130
The Nikon L3 for $130

You won't get hour video on a cheap card. More like 20-30 minutes on a $20 I GB card.

In this price range, I would suggest that you consider Kodak. Very good image quality and supplied software with package.
Video with most any Dig. Cam will be fairly low resolution (about 680K on average), but it all comes down to the video processing chip that is inside the camera. In this price range I feel Kodak is one of the better.

A big memory card could cost you $100; but as far as good cameras I would recommend HP.
