they say bleeding and that you would be open up for infection /bleeding from where.

white blood cells is what keeps ur immune system healthy. if u dont have enough u will get sick. this is how people with AIDS die.

You can get injured easily. Your body is much more frail. You can bleed easier and are more prone to infections. You can get sick a lot easier and your body will not be able to defend itself. Depending on how low the count is someone holding your hand could give your bruses. And even sleeping can give you injuries if your mattress is too hard, or if you roll around a lot.

You are very sick and need medical attention. Internal bleeding and /or bruise easy. It is important for a doctor to identify the cause so that it can be treated.

Thats bad. The white blood cells are the cells that fight off all the bad stuff in your body, and without them, you can get really sick and possibly die.
