DONT say I love you unless you mean it. If you don't you need to tell her. ASAP. Theres no "but.." to this. It will hurt her, but do not lead her on. It will make things way way worse.

Don't say I love you unless you truly mean it. Remember that for next time. You are confused, so that rigt there means you don't truly love her. Just tell her the truth. You like her as a friend, but you can't see getting into a relationship with her just yet. Girls say that to guys all the time, so why not tell the girl for once.

Ride it out awhile. Females generally tend to get attached to those they are attracted to easier. It has to do with different chemicals they manufacture in their brains and evolution. Give her a chance, if she fails to impress you - move on.
