you can do it either way, but wait at least 30 minutes in either direction so you don't get sick.

Eating about 20 minutes before exercising (protein such as peanut butter on a rice cake is good) gives you more energy to work out. I find that I'm not hungry for a little bit after I exercise. But neither is really wrong. Just munch a little pre-work out snack and go with that. And above all, listen to your body. You know it better then anyone, especially regarding what time it needs to eat.

yeaa,drink befor exercise so that ur muscles can react on the liquid and open ur body full time for the work out then after u work out,eat some real food to start reaction

I eat a little meal right before I workout, and then right after my workout I drink a protien shake and another small meal. This will keep your body nice and fueled for your workout, and also when you go to sleep your body will have protien to feed off of to allow your muscles to grow and get stronger.
