Fox News is really comedy. If you saw that stuff on Saturday Night Live it would crack you up. The fact that we're surrounded by folks who take that show seriously is frightening indeed. It reminds me of the pseudo news they used to do on the 700 Club. They hire people to "play" liberals so they can convince morons that it's a balanced show, but they might as well put big shoes, rainbow wigs and clown noses on their supposed "liberals" to go along with the intelligence of their arguments. If I think too much about it, it gives me a bad attitude toward my fellow beings, and that is not useful. So I'm overlooking it, and I think that's best.

FOX news is a propaganda machine

In all the media on tv if I had to chose which one I like...FOX would be my choice. The others are too incorrect, and a bunch of lies. FOX takes the news on both sides so you can see and hear on both sides for you to make a logical decision.
Peace....

I'll watch Fox news channel when they get rid of Bill O'Reilly. I detest him.

He did an interview on Oprah once where he ranted and raved about hip-hop music and the evil it puts on the world. He said he would put a stop to it, freedom of speech or no, because "somewhere there was a 9 year old boy at home alone after school listening to that garbage".

While he went on about the evils of hip hop I sat there and wondered why he wasn't doing something about a 9 year old boy at home alone everyday.

I love to watch Fox, but it's just because I am horrified at the meaness. It's like when I listen to Rush. I am mystified. The meaness and the hypocrisy. I'm certian it is like that on all news channels. I don't know what to belive from any where. My Dad takes Fox and Rush so literally. It's a shame because it is often so mean spirited and causes so much uncomfortableness and stress at family gathering. He has to keep it to himself now because noone wanted to be around him. The truth could be slapping me in the face and I wouldn't know it. Too many lies flying around from all directions.

yes, very important info. We discussed this in my media law class. Its true. The media can lie. Just look at the National Inquirer.

Its a shame people watch the news and believe that it is reality, when reality its all about ratings just like the rest of TV.

I get my news from BBC world news. 88.9 on your FM dial.

Where I live fox news isn't on the menu. I get my tv news from the BBC. They are bound by the law of the land not to lie and to be impartial. I believe these are standards that the BBC does its utmost to uphold. Much easier for them because they are not beholden to any commercial or government interference.

No. Fox is the most biased news out there. I don't watch them to keep up with them either. See the site below.

I think almost all media is propaganda at this point with Fox leading the way. It's important to try to get down to fact rather than believe someone else's spin. Oh, what a tangled web we weave.....

I don't watch the news, they rarely have anything good to say.
