I have in the last 4 years lost my grandmother (the closest person ever to me), my first love (we were an on again off again for 9 years and off at the time, but it was understood we had love), and my paw-paw (my step-grandfather, who really understood me). I feel them, I dream of them, and sometimes certain dates and numbers or even nicknames will appear from what seems nowhere, could it be them, and what do you think they want me to know? Or, am I just taking a reach to try and find them?

I'm so sorry for your losses, but they cannot contact you in any way. Their physical bodies have returned to dust as the bible says we will upon death and their spirits (souls) live on, either in Heaven or Hell. IF and only IF you are a christian will you be reunited with loved ones and all who are christians in Heaven. This is the christian Hope that we can look forward to and promised by the Lord in His Holy Word. There's no looking forward to an eternity in hell, which is why I cannot understand why anyone would deny The Lord and eternal Heaven forever! Memories are wonderful, but it doesn't have to stop there if you are a child of God/Jesus. You can't find them as you say, but if they loved the Lord, you can know they are happy beyond our human understanding and that in itself should give you peace and joy for them and for you as you prepare to meet them again!! The only spirits are angels and demons. Angels are God's messengers who carry out God's work on earth and engage in spiritual warfare with demons who try to rob, steal and destroy lives. Satan, the leader of the demons was the fallen angel Lucifer. Satan is very cunning and tempts us to sin, tries to confuse us and deceives us in many ways. We are to battle satan with the Word of God. The Bible is our guide God so graciously and lovingly gave us to live by. Discern everything with God's Holy Word always and avoid listening to anyone or anything that opposes God or Jesus!! Your eternal life depends on it. Also know that The Lord can communicate with us in our thoughts and dreams and in other ways He feels you'll understand, but satan can also. So, discern, discern, discern.

It is not just something but spirit is the part of humanity that makes them connect with God, therefore if God has a message for you, he might use your memories (spirit)of other people to communicate if it wont be good for you that God would communicate directly to you. God will always communicate important messages in ways the receiver could understand, however, the other guy in the cosmic realms (a.k.a. Satan) is also capable of this. So, in light of these realities in the spirit wold, we should be discerning if these images and vision we had , mostly in dreams, would be just recollections of the past unscrambled and reused by our brain, mostly upon God's ultimate purpose or that our brain is just de-fragging (muck like a computer, which experts say that most dreams are), or that messages is coming from either, the Humanity's Accuser a.k.a. Satan (injecting guilt and accusations), or form God(prompting you to do something). We must be discerning in looking unto these situations that we would be guided accordingly. Read the Bible for guidance look into it and see what do the people in the bible say or did with respect to these things. Jacob, David, and Saul all got these situations. Look into their experiences and learn, God will speak to you through the Holy Scriptures.

Were is your mother and father. Were is your real grandfather and why cant you form a lasting relationship with someone. Seems that your life is quite broken up and disjointed without the normal family relationships Mothers, Fathers, brothers sisters etc. As for the thing popping out of thin air, it is probably nothing ignore it. When something extra ordinary happens you will know. Try to get on with your life and stop living in the past. If you love something let it go.

It is dangerous to invoke spirits, we can't comprehend the world which are souls will inhabit after death. There are also evil spirits which may try to harm you. This is why invoking the dead and seiances are condemned by Chirstian teaching. If you are feeling particularly bad about the loss of these family members you may want to talk to surviving family members, or get help from someone.

No one does. Science barely has any proof they even exist, never mind actually understanding them. I wouldn't say its a reach but I doubt you'll ever really understand ghosts. We don't have technology advanced enough.

Sorry, they aren't there. It's just your mind playing tricks on you, probably a manifestation of your loss. I've lost several people close to me, and for years afterward the oddest things would remind me of them, or I would dream about them. But there are no spirits here, no ghosts, and no one can contact them. Move on with your life and try not to dwell on it any more than to remember them and their lives - who knows if we get another, so don't waste this one.
