I just got into a 5-8 minute arguement with my friend about peanut butter and it being a solid or liquid. So I ask you Yahoo! Folks, is peanut butter a solid or liquid?

if it gets really warm, it becomes a liquid, cold, its a solid

It it naturally a liquid. If you cook it in the oven it will turn into a solid. If you mix it in with a liquid, it will turn into a liquid. Does this help?

Liquids need a jar or the form will turn into a "puddle". I say liquid.

i say it is a solid because a liquid would be runny....i suppose if you meltit..it becomes a liquid

As is in the jar it is semi solid. thick cream would be the best i could come up with
