Drink plenty of water (one 8 ounce glass per drink you had) and take Tylenol before you go to bed.

Well...I'd say different things work for different people. If you have experience with headaches I would suggest you taking some painkillers if they won't make you throw up or with stomach ache.

What works for me is a long LONG shower, just standing there letting water fall down for a while. That will get you feeling better and more energetic. Then make sure you drink something firm like orange juice, if you care for a warm tea then have that. Personally I don't like anything hot around me when I have a hangover since I am hot enough. Just do things slower. I don't know if it's much of an advice but at least I tried.

First of all, people who drink should NOT take tylenol, it causes more damage to your liver and is very dangerous. Some of the other pain killers cause stomach bleeding in people who drink so be very careful about taking pills.

Hydration is the key to relief. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat something to coat your stomach. Get some rest. One thing that really helps is to make sure you blow your nose, especially if you smoke as well as drink. Being able to breathe easily and deeply will help oxygenate your body.

Good luck, hangovers suck....

DO NOT TAKE TYLENOL OR ASPIRIN THAT IS CRAZY.

when you wake up and feel bad take an allkahzelsa (not sure on spelling) that will cure it as it controls you stomach acids. Tylenol or Asprin while you have consumed alcohol is very dangerous. And drink plenty of water before going to bed on the night you have been on the drinks

Some people say coffee. Never worked in my experience. My aunt always said eating Spaghettios worked for her. Who knows.

What works better is prevention. Drink a tall glass of water before you go to bed along with taking some Tylenol or Motrin. If you wake at night drink more water... and in the morning drink more water or fluids. The point is to get your body re-hydrated as quickly as possible.

Cheers!

you needed to prepare for the hangover BEFORE you started drinking.

Ok, since it's too late now, boil up some water, make some hot tea, add a TON of sugar, drink THAT down, and if you have any ginger--like to bake stuff with ginger--gag down a rounded teaspoon of it. Then take 3 aspirin. NOT TYLENOL.. I said ASPIRIN, then take a heating pad and wrap it around your head and go back to bed.

Man has been looking for that since the first man brewed a drink If you find one let the rest of us know. Your body is reacting to all that is left over from what you drank and is saying, stop this foolishness and drink sensibly

Water and Tylenol are good, but make sure you eat....like a sandwich, bread, cheeseburger.....keeps you digesting and making sure that some of the alcohol is digested instead of absorbed into the blood stream which is making you drunk.

I drink water before going to bed and then more when I wake up. I pop 2 Ibuprofen and 2 Tums and I'm usually good to go in about an hour. =P
