It could be any number of things, but it sounds like a trip to the vet is in order. Don't "wait and see". Do it now! It could be stomach upset or something dangerous like a foreign body. Some pups will eat anything and no matter how small sometimes they will not pass. Have it checked out.

Your puppy may have worms or parasites which is common in puppies. Offer her come plain, cooked white rice until you can get her to the vet. It is very easy on the stomach, and often dogs think they are getting a special treat and will eat it. There is no question though that you need to get her to the vet. Fatigue and refusal to eat can be a wide variety of dangerous problems!

I agree with Paintedrain2's suggestion, and you should take her to the vet anyway as there are also other illnesses that can cause these symptoms as well.
This is a list of recalled pet foods from this week from CNN's website...

i have heard about those symptoms in a dog before and it turned out fatal. So make an oppointment with the vet as soon as possible.

Check to make sure the brand of food you are feeding her, isn't on the ''recall'' list. Take her to a vet, either way, just because she has a loss of appetite & appears lethargic.
