I'm sort of emo and i cut myself but my mom doesn't know and i want it to stay that way. So i always wear long sleeves to cover the scars and all that. Do you know any way i could hide it without wearing long sleeves i tried cover up and that didn't work any thoughts on this?? And yes I am trying to stop so don't council me because there are still the old scars. How can i hide or get rid of them??

As long as you're not cutting yourself anymore, you can use the Neosporin Scar Patches. They reduce the appearance of scars, no matter how old. (they do work, too...) Hope this helps!

nah dont tell your parents, they'll freak!
i used to cut, and my wrist didnt just have the scars at the end of it. they went nasty. i had severe muscle damage in my left wrist where i cut it lots. and the muscle had all contracted and i had like arnold schwarzneggar wrists it was horrible.

i suggest long sleeves though, i know you dont like them it would seem, but its really the only way. and sometimes that fails. my gf saw my fresh wounds once even though i was wearing long sleeves and it ruined my life so bad. cover them up nice and just let them heal man. its the only way

good luck and all that jazz

There are products to help fade scars in time, and I've been told to avoid sun exposure while your healing. But, if you keep adding, there is no hiding! STOP CUTTING!

Use Mederma. You can buy it at drug stores. It is expensive. Also use neosporin on new cuts to minimize scarring. Vitamin E oil is good too.

Hey babe-I know how you feel.
Once winter passes you dont really have an excuse.
My advice; Wear arm warmers.
Hope this helps.

wear those little goth-like wrist bands from Hot Topic. they're pretty dandy when it comes to covering up cuts =D
(not that I have, that's just what I've heard)
