Go to your local Home Depot, Lowes Ace Hardware wherever, and get Graffiti Remover. That is what it is called. spray it on, let it set for about 15 minutes then scrub off. I know from personal experience that this works. It's called "graffiti remover" for a reason.

There are paint strippers that will remove most paints from most surfaces.
Check with your paint shop. You will need to tell them what surface the paint is on as the caustic effect can damage some types of plastics vinyls etc.

Try using shaving cream. You will get in a lot less trouble.
