i am 200 pounds and 12 years old.

if you really want to lose weight i can tell you my suggestions and what i did to go from 310lbs to 230lbs in ten months.

first, you need to shrink your stomach down. this is easy without not eating. your body needs food to function. if you stop eating all together which is called fasting, you protein will start getting burned up and protein as a job of holding yor cells together in your body. you see where can be a problem, right. eat smaller portion for about a week. this will shrink your stoach down where you will get full quicker and eat less. second, eat more foods with high proteins in them. proteins also helps speed up your metablism to burn fat up more quickly. third, low carb food. fourth, diet drinks are ok. yes it sucks but if you really want it you will learn to drink them. water is fine but your body will retain it more and longer.(water weight), fifth, do not eat four hours before you go to bed. everything you eat that late before you sleep will turn into fat that you will not burn. most important is to be active. dont sit around, dont be lazy. excrise as much as you can. walk around to get somewhere instead of going a staright shot. like driving around looking for a parking space, just park at the end, walk a little. everything little thing counts towards something. it worked for me.need some help, email me, and good luck

I understand your pain, Sweetie and after looking at your other questions, I need to say this first....even though you feel desperate enough at times to consider killing yourself,just remember how much God loves you, how much you mean to the other people in your life and that life is always worth living....you never know what the future holds and you don't want to deprive yourself of that exciting adventure. As for losing weight....diets do not work! You can lose weight, yes but a diet implies you have to deny yourself things you may enjoy and eventually the progress you made can turn back around and if your weight comes back you will be even more depressed....hear me out...there is a world of difference between following a specific dieting regime and just eating a healthy,well balanced diet. Training yourself to enjoy healthy foods and in moderation is the best present you can give yourself. Speak to your health teacher or your science teacher or if you are really brave your gym teacher may do in a pinch. Ask them to help you or point you in the right direction toward changing your eating habits for the rest of your life and help you develop an exercise plan that will fit in with your schedule.Walking is the easiest and best exercise to start you off. If you pay attention to the labels on food you will eventually teach yourself what is a reasonable portion. Portion control is the most important step....if you learn to be happy with small amounts, then you will be able to eat just about anything. Don't ever drink soda pop....the calories and sugar are not good for you....drink lots of water and if you need a little flavor boost, squeeze some lemon or lime in it. Juices should be used as part of the overall meal and not as a beverage to quench thirst. Instead of prossessed sweets, learn to enjoy fresh fruits that are reasonably low in calories such as berries, cantalope, peaches and nectarines, plums, apples and pears. You will find that you don't even miss candy,cookies and other bad-for-you sweets. Take heart and believe in your ability to change your life and it will work.....I believe in you and I'm praying for you. Ask for help and never forget you are loved.

Of course there are ways to loose wight, but its not that easy..
I'm 14. I understand what ur going thro. And I really think its motivation that gets the job done.
Find some thing that motivates you and use it to help.
