I personally have never ran the aisles. I'm more the dancing & shouting type. However I have seen many in my church run as the Spirit falls. My husband is the running type.
At our last service we had probably 15 kids making laps. After several had stopped, one 15 year old boy continued to walk for an elderly man that wasn't able. My 15 year old daughter also danced for an elderly woman that could not. The Spirit of God was powerful in that service.

Can't be any worse than the little girl that went to mine when I was a kid. In the middle of the sermon, she'd yell, "Mommy I have to pee-pee!" so everyone could here. Maybe she was filled with the Holy Ghost?! Like I said, can't be any worse.

I wouldn't be comfortable in a church like that, but if you feel it in you, find a church that digs it. I played christian contemporary music in my church, and I know a lot of churches that feel guitars can't play music for God, so find a church you are comfortable with and go.

I think that would be interesting to see. And healthy for those participating. Gotta get in all the exercise you can for a healthy body.
