This is for other teens, okay people, why is it that just because my parents didn't spoil me rotten from the date of my birth that no guy in my school will look at me ( the same with all my other friends who are all wicked pretty and smart). I know it won't matter by the end of high school but seriously, where does someone get off at judging me just cuz i don't get a new Coach every weekend? it is so annoying!

I'm sorry that you're classmates are so shallow. It sounds like the luckier girls have a lot of "bling bling" that you don't have.
Find a guy you're interested in and let him get to know you for who you are, not for what you own.
You don't want to be with someone who is only interested possessions anyway, so don't let it bother you.

Unfortunately, we live in a money-first world.
And yes, when High School ends, all that nonsence ends.
It RESUMES when you graduate from college, IF you get a high-pressure job such as lawyer, etc. If not, no one will care what you wear, drive, etc.

yupp! i think highschool girls AND some guys are so superficial!
so im happy that you actually have a grip on reality! as long as you are happy, thats all you need for a guy to find you
