If you are asking about acting schools for children under the age of 4....my answer is at home. The parent can role play and model acting skills with the young child.
Your question is under dogs. Are you asking about children or dogs? if it is a dog you are wanting to send to acting school, then look up dog trainer in the yellow pages.

I am not sure..
I cant imagine trying to get a child under 4 to 'Act'?
At that point I would worry about Walking/ Talking..And things KIDS should be doing..
If there is an 'Actors' School for children that age.. WATCH out for a Scam.. They are probably just gonna teach what the parents should be teaching (Or a Pre-School).

get them into theatretrain my daughter is in it and loves it,its available in england 2 if thats were you live
