hi.....20/female/united arab emirated dubai...i was about 80 kilo grams before but now im 68..i lost and gained MANY time in my life, the result: bc i had bigg and puffy breasts not they are falling down, both they look like empty plastics :o( and my chest is hanging them. i use proper underware now to keepthem as up as i can but what can i do to mak them puffy or fat or AT LEAST to make them not to look like a ball empty of air, plz help i dont look sexy with them at all, also my stomach is showing more and i look like old women im not even married yet

I'm CERTAIN there are exercises that strengthen you breast muscles, if only I could find the references! I know that there's one where you "tense" the muscles in you upper arms, & can actually feel the "tightening" of you breasts. You are also very young, & that "extra skin" can be improved with exercise. You do NOT have to feel like a shopping bag for the rest of your life! I am anti-cosmetic surgery because of the risks. (Only if needed, & then not considered cosmetic--for, say, some debiliating, or dreadful disfigurement.) You should still be very "resilient" & in my opinion, working out would be the best option of all. Good luck!

You can exercise to build the chest and stomach muscles, but the skin will always hang. The only way to get rid of it is by surgery. So you have to decide what is more unsightly- saggy breasts and stomach or scars?
