i would have to say chicken and turkey-leaner than beef or pork! also, seafood works..cheese, peanut butter-the reduced kind...all of those are proteins.....spice things up a lot with different foods vs the same old ones that you eat for building muscle. eat fish once a week, then variate between chicken, turkey and seafood...have some cheese-the string low fat cheese is my fave- with some fruits or celery with peanut butter.

plain ol steak, and lots of it, along with egg whites, u should check out GMC, theyll get u all set up with what you should take
