NO, and the above isnt true either. A minor 16+ can be tattooed in VA with parents permission and presence.

Facial tattooing is more a personal preference. We simply dont want to be responsible for your not being able to get a job. Virginia is a hire and fire at will state meaning it is legal for them to discriminate against someone for a job because of a tattoo.

not true, you just have to be 18 or older. I have 24 tattoos, so I'm not against them,But why would you want a tattoo on your face.?
