I have been trying to get that same information, but "cardservices" as they call themselves when I call, does not offer a website to manage your own account online. They want to be sure you call their incompetent employees to help confuse you even more. The phone number listed on the fist statement I received from them prints a toll free number 800-358-3516, but when I call you get a recording stating that you cannot access that number from your line. What a load of crap is that? That only leaves the option of calling the phone number you get from the collection agency, which is: 1-888-752-1328. They will then try and convince you that you are dealing directly with Emrace Visa, hoping you'll forget you originally called them as the collection agency. You can try to email them at

cardholderservices@
myembracecard.com

If it's anything like their phone number, then GOOD LUCK TO YOU! I seriously regret going through these folks with their 'offer'. Total scam!
