Eat fruits and vegetables for dinner. Eat yogurt as a desert or even fruit salad. That really helped me. Plus I ate some of the low fat meals for lunch like lean cuisine sometimes. The last meal of the day should be the lightest if you want to lose weight. Drink water and do not drink regular soda or more than one regular soda per day. You can drink diet sodas. I also love coffee and hot tea and regular tea. This is how I lost fifteen pounds in a few months.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I guess you should excerise like 90 minutes. I was at my food and diet class one day, I watched a video about that we should have about 60 minutes for a normal excersize time and 90 minutes and try losing a meal and maybe you might lose some weight. Good Luck!

Skip or eating half portion of your lunch. Drink a lots of sweet things such as coffee, sweet teas, juices to ease hungry urges.
