i know nothing of Bustimine; however, i do know something about personal weight loss
i have on two different occassions used a high protein - low carbohydrate diet to lose weight
on two different occassion i have lost close to one hundred pounds each time
the first time i was weighing around 350# and within 6 months i had my weight down to less than 250
everyday i would check my weight
there would be times when i would lose upwards of five pounds a day
and there were times when i would hit a plateau for a week or so and neither would i lose or gain
what i have found about a high protein - low carbohydrate diet is: when i discontinue the diet i begin to gain back easily
the last time i went on this diet i was up around 335 and i dropped down to around 235 and i have been maintaining a comfortable weight of 275-280 (i am six foot seven) for quite some time
low carbohydrate:
absolutely no sugar
remember:
just about all vegetables have sugars
so be selected and eat only super healthy vegetables
spinach, onions, garlic, bell peppers
watch out for sneaky sugars:
corn, wheat, beans
high protein
low carbohydrate
give it a try
(nowadays i pretty much eat whatever i want, for some reason "obvious" sugar i am not interested in)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
