I did used to weigh more but even then I wasnt overweight or anything just kind of thick I guess you could say (I lost like 25 pounds). I just cant help feeling the need to lose weight whenever I look at myself everything just looks big and its very depressing any words of advice from those who can relate?? How can I feel better about myself? and please no mean comments or anything

You are a beautiful woman. I don't have to see you to know that. You've got to stop the habit of seeing yourself this way. Anytime you get those thoughts, be aware of them, but then stop yourself, tell yourself it's ridiculous and then think about something else. Focus on what you DO like about yourself, and it doesn't have to be physical aspects. You've got to repeat this process until it becomes a brand new, good habit, and it WILL happen.

Sometimes I feel bloated especially around my waist area. What helps is to reduce the carbs I eat over a day or two. Instead, I'll have salad, eggs, and chicken. You're body may feel better if you try this. Also, take a walk every day. Exercise releases endorphins into your body and generally improves how you feel. And be sure to drink enough water each day.

You're a bit too light. If you loose more weight you're going to look horribly ill. You'll eliminate yourself from the dating pool. The best looking girls are full bodied and muscular. If you can't get weightloss out of your mind, seek counseling because it is a serious illness.
