Oh, for Pete's sake you all. Some people may call condiments dressing, and if they do so what? You know what the question ment.
Anyway, I like gravy on rice.
For breakfast I eat rice with a little milk, sugar & cinnamon.
Sweet & sour sauce.
Really juicy red beans over rice.
Just plain butter is good.
Peanut sauce.
Wine sauce.
Lemon sauce.
It just all depends on the entree being served.

In our house, we like gravy, or cheese melted on it, or even a touch of ranch salad dressing. We eat a lot of rice, but have found that jasmine rice has fantastic flavor so it needs very little addition to make it better. Have a fantastic day!!

i didn't know people put butter in their rice. whenever I eat rice i just mix it up with whatever dishes we're having and the sauce from the dish will add flavouring to the rice.

I fry a half cup of rice in small amount of oil then cover with water about a half inch above rice and add a knorr tomato cube. Cook uncovered on medium to medium high heat until rice is tender. Add a bit more water if rice is still uncooked after first amount of water evaporates. Par boiled rice works best.

Dressing?? On Rice??
(only in America, jk)

Being Asian, I like to cook vegetables and meat and even eggs and mix it with broth and then stir it in rice. I don't know about you, but butter and soy sauce on rice sounds disgusting.

I don't use sauces. I make a quasi-gumbo, without the roux. Rice, cooked, diced chicken or fish, sliced okra, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and louisiana spice. Season to your own taste.
