It is to early to tell about the chase, but he does have a shot--just like a lot of other drivers. The thing about Stewart that bugs the heck out of me is he could be a great driver if he could only stop whining every time he gets hit, wrecked, or loses. Take Atlanta, once again he got beat and what did he do? He complained that Johnson didn't give him enough room to race! Come on man, Johnson had his line picked when Stewart came up, I wouldn't move over, and neither would anyone else including Stewart if the situation had been reversed. So please Tony, take a loss like a man and admit you were slower that day and got beat! You have what it takes to win a championship but be a sport about everything else.

It may be early but I would put money on Stewart making the chase, that's a no brainer. It's hard to tell about the champonship even when it starts. With only 10 races for the cup it's all about not having bad races more so than trying to have good finishes. Who will have the momentum at the end is too hard to predict.

Way too early to tell. However, saying that, Tony is a talented driver with excellent equipment. I hope he makes the chase, but anything can happen between now and then.

He'll make the chase for sure but iffy on a win. The guys to beat are Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon. I have a feeling Johnson is going to take it again.

the two maximum suitable highway racers have been going for the win and the main suitable one won. It became an fairly thrilling race. Tony proved what a brilliant motive force he became coming from the nineteenth place after spinning. i'm beneficial Jeff Gordon and Carl Edwards left dissatisfied, yet this is racing. it could have been all and sundry's win as we talk.

I think he can, but it's early to think about anyone making the chase. A lot of season to go yet.

when it comes to smoke, its never too early to think about him making, let alone winning the championship, or chase for the cup, or whatever they're calling that new bs playoff system

I think he'll be in it. It's still early, but he can't wait until the end to start trying to make it.
