I'm 6'4, 275 lbs. I'd like to be a muscular 215. The weight gain was rapid due to seizure medication and a sedentary existance following a motocross accident. I am now able to exercise to some degree.

Not if you tone as you lose! As long as you do that then you're fine, your skin should tighten as you lose weight.

Depends on how long you were overweight and how fast you lose the weight andIf this was your first weight gain and you havent yoyod back and forth and if your skin hasnt lost its elasticity. there are alot of factors that can change the outcome.

if you lose the weight at a reasonable rate your skin should keep up with the change.

not if you exercise. being young really helps.. after 40 yrs old not so easy...
