bless you, your anly young, all sorts will go through your head!! just try and relax, forget about it, you ARE NOT being filmed! youre not going schitz, your just experiencing a bit of anxiety, it has to develop in everyone in diffrent ways. dont worry this phase will pass!x

Im 16 too and i get a bit like that sometimes! Not so much for a tv show though.
I just get paranoid that someones put some kind of programme on the computer so that they can see everything i do or type. Or that my parents have tapped into my phone and see everything i send. Its completely impossible as they've never even touched my phone! But i still worry about it.
And with the camara thing, im worried theres a camara at this particular place in my room so i always get changed at the opposite end behind something.
Its not schizophenia, its just paranoia. But its difficult to stop thinking like it though isnt it? Sorry, havent got any advice but im really glad im not the only one who thinks like this!!

I KNOW! I felt the exact same thing when I was 16. Right about the same time The Truman show was on. I don't think it is schizophrenia, or even close to it. It started to go away when I was 17, 18? Just one day I felt watched, then the next I didn't even notice anything.

Believe me, it goes away with time. You'll be all right.

I think you are just very sensitive to this issue as you have been thinking about it. I believe it is just anxiety/stress symptoms you are showing. Try not to worry/think about it and you'll find you stop believing people are watching you etc. Its only a natural reaction- especially if you are doing something you dont want to be caught doing!!
