There is this guy that I like and I think he likes me,when he winks I usually start giggleling and look away,next time shall I just look straight at him and smile and see what happens(probably nothing because he has his colleagues around him but still I can't think of anything else!I never really get much of a chance to chat to him

Go for it. Make sure it's one of those suggestive smiles that says, "Come and get it"! Even if he's at a loss for words right then, he'll probably know that you're interested, and might think of some catchy line to drop on you later.

Go up to him and talk to him, giggle after everything hes says, and i mean everything, and if its a joke giggle some more, he should be smiling and lughing at what you say aswell, this makes every one feel like conversation is flowing and soon conversation will flow if the attraction is there.
