I got a sharp pain by my ear up into my temple and into my cheek and jaw and neck,any ideas what caused it?

It's not an earache cuz the ear doesn't hurt inside. It started abruptly Sunday morning and has continued since. Any ideas anyone?

This could be a serious medical condition, so see a Dr. It could be sinuses putting pressure on a nerve. That has caused me pain many times before. It's the season in CA for hayfever...
