I really like this boy named alex and he knows I like him cause my friend so know I don't know what to do even though we talked about it today and he says that I never said yes and that I didn't call him and i told him i tried to call him and I told my friend to tell him yes cause he is not in my class I don't know if I should ask him out or wait or forget about him but I really like him

If you think he has feelings for you then ask him out.
But otherwise, forget it. I absolutely despise those "friends" that tell our crushes that we like them. Moving on is the better option here, probably.
