The only thing that Christians have to do to advance the gospel is to "lift up Christ" before the world and allow the Holy Spirit to draw people to Himself (Jesus Christ).
Tearing down other religious faiths only breeds irrational hatred of other people.

Religion is by nature a statement that "We know the truth, everyone else is an infidel"
That's why religious tolerance is an oxymoron. Yes, two religions can coexist without killing each other, but total acceptance of another's belief is by definition impossible.
Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.

If one must tear down another religion...well, that seems more like competition than anything. Proving one thing wrong doesn't prove another right. So, I'd say that if one religion was basing it's claims on the falsehood of another, then that's only to hide the lack of evidence (or faith) supporting their own.

Where does Jesus teach tolerance to religions that cast doubts on Him as Savior? He doesnt. Love and tolerance are far from th same issue.
MT 21:12 Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. 13 "It is written," he said to them, " `My house will be called a house of prayer,' but you are making it a `den of robbers.' "

( Romans 2: 1-16 ) To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor & immortality, He will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath & anger. ( God's righteous judgement & anger)...........<>< <><
