This depends. If you become weak you won't be as active and your calorie intake might exceed your calorie output, but its unlikely you will eat such a big meal you wont be able to burn it off throughout an entire day. Eating only one meal a day will slow down your metabolism but as long as you consume less then you use you will lose weight. Small frequent meals is a quicker way but takes more will power.

i would not recommend it honestly. when u start to eat one meal a day your metabolism slows down tremendously therefore u will not lose too much weight. your best bet is to eat small meals throughout your day that way you will be keeping your metabolism up to speed, which then it would be much easier for you to lose weight. you want to lose weight mad fast become bulimic.
