I've had bad chills all day and a headache. I've been shaky and shivering even in my sweatshirt and blanket. Is this from a cold or flu? I don't have a stuffy nose or anything like that.
Also, my face and neck feel hot when i touch them, but my temp isn't high (99.8).

The layers don't really work. I'm cold more on the inside of my body if that makes sense.

I would say you probably just have a bug of some kind.
I've felt like that a couple times before and I'm usually okay after taking some aspirin and laying down for a while.
If it continues for more than a few days or you get worse, then you should worry about it being more serious.

Sounds like you're starting a fever (and the flu). Rest lots, drink lots of fluids, and take some cold or flu meds. If that doesn't make ya feel better, you can always put a bunch of layers of clothes on, and sweat it out of ya. My friend does it all the time when he's sick, but it looks really uncomfortable. Hope you get to feelin better.

Sounds like a strain of the flu. Take some cold or flu medicine that has a pain reliever and fever reducer. Drink a lot of juice, take vitamins, and get plenty of rest.

It's probably a virus, darn them. Have some chicken soup, Popsicles, and your favorite juices. Hope that you feel better soon.

u probaly have a stomach virus, i had one so here are some tips,
when u get really sick w/ it DONT MOVE!!!
