I am looking for a banquet hall around the Inland Empire area that allows off-site catering. If anyone can give me any suggestions that would be amazing. Thanks!

I would check Bed and Breakfast venues to see whether their licensing allows you to bring in food. We had my daughter's wedding reception at the Peacock Inn in Chaska, just west of Minneapolis. It is a beautiful old mansion, and there is a gazebo across the street in a park, which is great for pictures. Good luck.
