How come the majority of Iraqi's don't seem to think there is a civil war going on?

Since the "civil war" seems to be between the Iraqi Army and terrorist "insurgents", and those terrorist "insurgents" are our enemy as well, I guess we had better fight alongside our Iraqi allies.

I say yes, but I'd rather do something similar to how we've helped the Columbians since Iraq seems to resemble Columbia in the 1990's.

only 20% of Iraqis think they are in a civil war.

But than again they don't have CNN telling them that they are.
